摘要
以汽车发动机轴承-转子系统建立滚动轴承动力学模型并推导出非线性动力学微分方程,经无量纲化后利用MATLAB软件进行数值求解,得到滚动轴承动力学响应的变化规律。在此基础上,基于响应面法综合考虑滚动轴承各参数偏差等因素对滚动轴承动力学性能的影响,以稳态下某一时刻位移振幅响应值为研究对象,定量给出各参数对轴承系统性能影响的灵敏度。研究不仅可以掌握轴承动力学系统响应规律,也明确了各个参数对轴承系统的敏感程度,为后续轴承系统性能参数的优化分析提供理论指导。
The dynamics model of rolling bearing of automotive engine bearing-rotor system is established and the nonlinear dynamics differential equation is derived. The numerical solution is obtained by MATLAB after nondimensionalization,the change rule of dynamic response of rolling bearing is obtained. The influence of variations in each parameter on the dynamics performance of rolling bearing is thoroughly considered based on the response surface method. With the displacement amplitude response at a moment of the steady state as the research object,the influence sensitivity of each parameter on the performance of the bearing system is given quantitatively. The response pattern of the bearing system is grasped,and the sensitivity of each parameter on the bearing system is clarified,the theoretical guidance for subsequent optimization analysis on the performance parameters of the bearing system is provided.
