摘要
针对传统车用无级变速器传递力矩较小且控制逻辑相对复杂的问题,设计开发了一种新型的间接式无级变速器系统结构。与传统无级变速器相比,该结构无需倒挡机构以及相关的附属部件,仅通过改变其中的速度调节机构传动比,即可实现动力传递方向切换以及输出动力的连续改变。利用SolidWorks绘图软件建立了该无级变速器的三维结构模型,并基于Simscape/Driveline工具箱对该无级变速器的动力传递特性进行了仿真分析,另外,搭建了间接式无级变速器的实验台架并进行了测试验证。仿真及实验结果证明,新型间接式无级变速器的运动学及动力学性能与理论分析结果一致。
Comparing with traditional pulley transmissions,a new configuration of indirect Continuously Variable Transmissions(CVT) is proposed to enhance the driving torque and reduce the complexity of control logic. The proposed indirect CVT is designed to provide continuous variations in the transmission ratio and switch the output speed direction without reverse-gear device. In order to verify the performance of the proposed indirect CVT,Solidworks software is employed to build the complete 3D geometric model. Moreover,the transfer characteristics of indirect CVT are analyzed by using Simscape/Driveline Toolbox and the designed transmission test-bed. The simulation and experimental results prove that,the kinetics and dynamics performance of the proposed indirect CVT are consistent with theoretical analysis.
