摘要
产品的包装纸盒盒片在印刷后需经过检品机进行质检,为此需将整摞堆垛状态的纸盒盒片逐个取出并放置于传送带上。设计出一种由"两凸轮、五连杆(包括真空吸盘)"组成的取纸机构,采用反转图解和解析公式拟合两种方法交替使用得出两个凸轮廓线。该取纸机构转速较高,可平稳实现每分钟1 200次作业;其取纸吸盘在凸轮连杆机构的带动下,可实现复杂的运动轨迹,既不会与料仓发生干涉,又能在取纸时完全贴合料仓并保持停顿配合气路提供负压,保证取纸过程的顺畅、可靠。
The packaging carton papers of products need to be checked by quality control machine after printing. Thus,a stack of carton papers shall be taken out one by one and placed onto conveyor belt. A paper picking mechanism composed of two cams and five links(including vacuum suction cups) is designed. By alternate use of inversion-graphic method and fitting of analytical formula,the profile of two cams is obtained.With a higher revolution speed,the proposed paper-picking mechanism can steadily pick 1200 carton papers every minute. Driven by the cam-linkage mechanism,its paper-picking suction cup can move in complex trajectories. Instead of interfering with paper bin,the suction cup is completely fitted to paper bin during paper picking and pauses at the right time to provide negative pressure in harmony with gas path. In this way,a smooth and reliable paper picking process is guaranteed.
