摘要 无人直升机为了实现经济性巡航,需要改变主旋翼转速。目前,改变主旋翼转速,实现大调速范围和成本低的最有效方法为主传动系统采用变速齿轮传动。因此,针对起飞和巡航时无人直升机主旋翼的转速差异,国外已开展无人直升机两级变速传动系统的研究和应用。本文根据有限的国外文献资料,对无人直升机两级变速齿轮传动构型进行整理,以期促进我国无人直升机变速传动机构的发展。 For unmanned helicopter economic cruises,main rotor speed changes could be significant. At present,the most effective method of changing the main rotor speed associated with the great speed range and low cost is a variable speed gear transmission employed in main gearbox. Thus,aiming at the speed difference of the helicopter main rotor during takeoff and cruise,the variable gear transmission is addressed and applied by western countries. According to the limited foreign literature,the configuration of two-stage variable speed gear transmission in unmanned helicopter are sketched,which would benefit to improve unmanned helicopter transmission system developments in China.
