摘要
研究用弹流应力取代Hertz应力进行齿轮强度设计。给出了基于弹流应力拟合公式的齿轮接触强度设计公式,研究了各种因素对设计结果的影响,并和基于Hertz应力的设计结果进行了对比。结果表明,和Hertz应力一样,弹流应力也完全可以作为齿轮强度设计的依据;基于弹流中心应力拟合公式的设计结果和基于Hertz应力公式的设计结果非常接近,但在高速工况时,由于弹流二次应力峰远大于中心应力,应将弹流二次峰应力作为接触强度设计依据。
A research of applying EHL stress to gear contact strength design. The design formulas of gear contact strength are given based on the EHL stress fitting formulas. The influence of various influencing factors such as load,speed,and lubricating oil viscosity on design result is investigated,and the design results respectively based on EHL stress and Hertz stress are compared. The results indicate that like Hertz stress,EHL stress can be also taken as the design basis for contact strength design,and the design result based on EHL center stress fitting formula is very close to that based on Hertz stress formula,but in case of high speed,because EHL spike stress is much bigger than EHL center stress,the EHL spike stress should be considered as the design consideration of gear contact strength.
