摘要
为了更加准确得到刮板运输机链传动系统的固有频率和振型,对链轮与圆环链的啮合过程进行分析,得到啮合过程中的关键啮合状态,运用ANSYS软件针对不同啮合状态分别进行预应力模态分析,通过对仿真数据点的拟合,获得了一个完整啮合过程中各阶固有频率的大致变化曲线,从而得到链传动系统运行时的固有频率变化范围。有效地解决了单个链轮静态模态分析不能满足实际工况的问题,为刮板运输机链传动系统的动力学研究和优化设计提供了依据。
In order to obtain the natural frequency and vibration mode of the chain transmission system of the scraper conveyor,the meshing process of the sprocket and the round link chain is analyzed to obtain the key meshing state during the meshing process. The modal analysis of the different meshing states is carried out by ANSYS software. A general natural frequency change law in a complete meshing process is obtained,by the method of fitting data points and the natural frequency range of the chain transmission system is obtained.Which effectively solve the problem that single sprocket static mode analysis cannot meet practical condition.The solving results provide the basis for the dynamics research and optimization design of the chain transmission system of the scraper conveyor.
