摘要
为了研究圆弧齿线圆柱齿轮齿面啮合接触冲击应力的分布规律,基于齿轮系统动力学理论和齿轮传动物理模型,分析了啮合接触冲击发生的原因;根据齿面方程建立精确的三维模型,进而建立不同冲击位置的啮合接触冲击有限元模型;通过对不同冲击速度下不同位置发生的啮合接触冲击进行仿真分析,研究齿面啮合接触冲击应力的分布规律。结果表明,在分度圆附近和齿顶附近发生啮合接触冲击时,从动轮危险区域出现在受载齿面齿根附近;在齿根附近发生啮合接触冲击时,从动轮危险区域出现在非受载齿面齿根附近。
In order to research the meshing contact impact stress distribution rule of the circular arc tooth trace cylindrical gear,the cause of meshing contact impact is analyzed based on gear system contact dynamics and gear physical model. Then,the accurate 3 D model is set up based on the gear tooth surface equation,and the finite element analysis models of the meshing contact impact with different impact positions are established further. Finally,the simulation analysis of the meshing contact impact under the different impact speed,which occur at different positions is carried out,the distribution rule of the gear surface meshing contact impact stress are studied. Results show that,the dangerous area of the driven gear is close to the gear root of the loaded tooth surface,when the meshing contact impact takes place in the reference circle and gear top; the dangerous area is close to the gear root of no loaded tooth surface,when the meshing contact impact takes place in the gear root.
