摘要
为精确计算齿轮弯曲应力,应用有限元分析技术,在三维精确建模的基础上,提出了齿轮加载轴建模的有限元分析方法。通过计算单齿啮合外界点位置和载荷作用角,使加载轴与齿轮接触,通过与传统齿根应力计算方法对比,验证了该有限元分析方法的正确性。应用该方法对薄轮缘直齿圆柱齿轮进行齿根应力分析计算,结果表明轮缘厚度变化对齿轮齿根应力无影响,对此提出了有限元分析方法的局限性。
In order to calculate the bending stress of the gear accurately,a finite element analysis method of gear with load shaft is proposed based on the three-dimensional accurate modeling. The position of the single-tooth meshing point and the load angle are calculated. The load shaft is mounted contact with the gear.By comparing with the traditional calculation method of the tooth root stress,the correctness of the finite element analysis method of gear with load shaft is demonstrated. The results show that the thickness of the rim has no effect on the tooth root stress by calculating the spur gear with the finite element method,and the limitation of the finite element methods is put forward.
