摘要
建立不同结构参数的斜-平面瓦推力滑动轴承润滑模型,研究瓦斜面倾角、油膜厚度以及转速对轴承温度场的影响规律,并且分析了在共轭传热情况下,转速对轴承承载性能的影响,为轴承设计和使用提供理论指导。分析结果表明,轴瓦最高温度随着瓦斜面倾角的增加而减小,最高温度出现在周向出水口且靠近外径侧;其他条件一定时,油膜厚度越大,轴瓦温升越小,油膜厚度不影响轴瓦的温度场分布;剪切力和轴瓦温度均随着转速的增加而增加;当考虑共轭传热时,轴向承载力与转速之间不再是线性关系。
The lubrication model of the slope-platform pad thrust bearing with different structural parameters are built,the effects of the slope angle,oil film thickness and angular speed on bearing temperature field are studied. And the effects of the speed on the load capacity of the bearing is also analyzed under conjugate heat transfer circumstance,which provide the theoretical guidance for design and use of thrust bearing. The results show that the maximum temperature of the bearing pad appear in the circumferential outlet and near the outer diameter side,which decreases with the increase of the slope angle. When the other conditions are constant,the larger the thickness of the oil film is,the lower the temperature rise of bearing,and the film thickness does not affect the temperature field distribution of the bearing. The shear stress and bearing temperature are increased with the increase of speed. There is no longer a linear relationship between the axial bearing capacity and speed when considering the coupling heat transfer.
