摘要
针对双离合器自动变速器(DCT)控制单元(TCU)的硬件在环(HIL)测试需求,基于Simulink建立了双离合器自动变速器实时仿真模型,主要包括换挡拨叉位置、两离合器转矩传递、变速器转矩传递和转速计算等模块。在实时仿真模型的基础上开发了功能故障模块,实现对机械故障的仿真。把建立的DCT模型集成到整车系统模型中,并与目标TCU构成闭环系统,对模型进行了在线闭环验证,可以有效满足DCT-TCU的功能策略和功能故障安全策略的测试验证。
With the requirements of hardware-in-the-loop( HIL) test of dual clutch Automatic transmission( DCT) control unit( TCU),the real time simulation model of DCT is built based on Matlab/Simulink,mainly containing shift fork position,clutch torque,transmission torque and speed synchronization calculation modules,etc. The functional fault model module is developed on the basis of the real time model to realize the simulation of mechanical failures. The built DCT model is integrated into the whole vehicle model,a closed loop is constituted with real TCU,and the DCT model is validated online. The built model can be effectively used for the function and fail-safe testing of DCT-TCU.
