基于实体造型的直齿锥齿轮测量理论齿面数据提取 被引量:1

Theoretical Data Extraction for Tooth Surface Measurement of Straight Bevel Gear based on Solid Modeling

摘要 针对目前基于齿轮测量中心的直齿锥齿轮齿面误差测量结果包含修形误差和加工误差的现状,提出一种基于直齿锥齿轮实体造型数据来获取齿面误差测量所必需理论数据的方法。根据齿轮结构设计,依据安装距确定实体造型坐标系原点位置,建立基准面,根据计算得到的平面网格节点,建立旋转投影线模型,将一系列点变换到齿面上,结合UG Open编程技术,在齿面上对点进行分析,可提取到齿面测量点的坐标和单位法矢量,从而为基于齿轮测量中心的直齿锥齿轮齿面误差测量提供了新的途径。 Aiming at the tooth surface error measurement results distortion of straight bevel gear which consisted of the of modification error and machining error based on gear measuring center,a method which is proposed to obtain the theoretical coordinates for tooth surface measurement based on the solid modeling.According to the design of the gear structure,the origin of the coordinate system and datum plane can be determined by installation distance,then the rotating projection line model can be established based on the calculated mesh nodes coordinates,a series of points are converted to the tooth surface,combined with UG Open programming technology,the attribute analysis of the points on the tooth surface can be extracted,then the coordinates and unit vector of the tooth surface measurement points can be obtained,which provides a new way for the acquisition of the tooth surface error measurement based on gear measuring center.
