摘要
采用正交试验法与控制变量法相结合的设计方法,基于ANSYS有限元静态分析,得到水润滑螺旋阶梯腔橡胶艉轴承的力学性能情况。根据该结果基于Minitab对艉轴承进行极差分析,得到结构参数对其力学性能的影响关系规律,最后利用Design Exploration模块对艉轴承进行了曲面响应分析以及多目标优化,使其力学性能得到显著提高。
Based on ANSYS finite element static analysis,the mechanical properties of the water lubricated spiral stepped rubber stern bearings are obtained by orthogonal design and control variable method. Based on the results,the influence of structural parameters on the mechanical properties of the stern bearings is obtained based on Minitab. Finally,the surface structure of the stern bearings is analyzed by Design Exploration module and the multi-objective optimization is used to improve the mechanical property.
