轻型纯电动客车传动系统参数匹配与仿真 被引量:7

Parameter Matching and Simulation for Powertrain of Light Pure Electric Bus

摘要 对某款轻型纯电动客车设计了单级、双级和4级变速器3种方案,并对其匹配动力总成参数。通过Cruise软件,建立整车模型,分别对3种方案进行动力性和经济性仿真,对比分析仿真结果,发现多级变速器的动力性和经济性均高于单级减速器。由于4级变速器车型的动力性和经济性较双级变速器车型都无较大改善,且挡位增加存在换挡困难、制造成本增加等问题,因此双级变速器相对而言具有综合性的优势。 Three kinds of scheme of single stage,twin-stage and four-stage transmissions are designed for a light pure electric bus,and then the parameters matching of the power assembly is carried out. The vehicle models are built in Cruise,and then the simulation of the dynamic and economic performance of the three schemes is carried out,the simulation results show that the dynamic and economy performance of multi-gear transmissions are higher than that of single reducer. Because there is no significant improvement of the dynamic and economy performance between the four-stage transmission and twin-stage transmission,in addition,the increase of gear will lead to the problem of shifting difficulties and manufacturing cost increasing,etc. So the twin-stage transmission has a relatively comprehensive advantage.
