新型轻量化桥式起重机减速器动力学仿真分析

摘要 以新型两点支撑式起重机硬齿面减速器为研究对象,利用SolidWorks建立减速器的三维模型,并将其模型导入到机械动力学仿真软件ADAMS/view中,建立了齿轮箱的虚拟样机。为了保证仿真模型的准确性,对此虚拟样机模型按接触力约束进行仿真分析,得到了各传动轴的角速度随时间的变化曲线和各个齿轮副之间啮合力变化规律,将仿真实际值与理论计算结果进行比较,发现各传动轴角速度与实际传动误差值在0.17%内,啮合力误差值在4%内都非常小,说明了仿真模型建立正确,分析方法可靠,为准确计算齿轮副强度以及疲劳寿命提供了数据支撑。 Taking one new type crane reducer with two supporting points as the research object,the three-dimensional model of reducer is established by using SolidWorks,and the virtual prototype is established by importing the 3D model into the mechanical dynamics simulation software ADAMS. In order to ensure the accuracy of the simulation model,the virtual prototype model is analyzed by the contact force constraint,the angular velocity characteristic curve and the gear meshing force variation curve of each drive shaft are obtained. The simulation of the actual value and the theoretical calculation results are compared and found that the transmission shaft angular velocity and the actual the transmission error value in 0. 17%,engaging in 4% errors are very small,so the simulation model is correct. The research results provide data support for calculate gear strength and fatigue life more accurately.
