Dynamics Modeling and Simulation of Gear Transmission System of Shift Mechanism for 4WD Transfer Case

摘要 汽车四驱分动器换挡机构齿轮传动易产生振动和噪声,分析齿轮系统动力学特性,对研究换档机构振动机理具有重要意义。通过建立换挡机构三级行星齿轮和二级圆柱直齿轮纯扭转动力学模型,并基于扭转振动法在LMS Virtual.Lab Motion上建立换挡机构多体动力学仿真模型,同时考虑时变啮合刚度齿轮内部激励,采用BDF方法进行求解。通过仿真得到各输出轴转速与理论值进行对比,验证了模型准确性,同时得到各齿轮间动态啮合力变化曲线,为进一步研究换挡机构的振动噪声提供动态输入。 There is a great significance to study the dynamics characteristics of gear transmission system and analyze the vibrational mechanism in the gear transmission of shift mechanism for 4 WD transfer case.Through building the pure torsion dynamics model of the three-stage planetary gears and two-stage cylindrical spur gears,and based on the torsional vibration method,the multi-body dynamics simulation model of the shift mechanism is established on the LMS Virtual. Lab Motion platform. Considering the time-varying meshing stiffness of the internal excitation of the gear,the BDF method is used to solve the problem. The accuracy of the model is verified by comparing the rotational speed of the output shaft obtained by simulation with the theoretical value,and the dynamic meshing force variation curve between the gears is obtained,which can provide dynamic input for further study on the vibration noise of the system.
