摘要
为准确得到汽车变速器壳体的振动响应,提出一种在变速工况下获取变速器壳体动态响应的方法。以某前横置变速器为研究对象,建立变速器齿轮传动系统动力学模型,通过多体动力学仿真分析,得到变速工况下壳体各轴承孔处的动载荷;在此基础上,利用模态叠加法对变速器壳体结构进行动态响应求解,得到变速器壳体的振动位移、速度和加速度响应。试验结果表明,仿真值与试验值十分接近,最大误差在10%以内。
In order to obtain the vibration response of the automobile gearbox housing accurately,a method of obtaining the dynamic response of the gearbox housing under the variable-speed drive is proposed. The pre-transverse gearbox housing is taken as the research object,the dynamics model of the gear transmission system is built,and the dynamic loads of the bearing holes under the variable-speed drive are obtained by the multi-body dynamics analysis. On this basis,the dynamic response analysis of the gearbox housing is carried out by using the modal superposition method. The vibration displacement,velocity and acceleration response of the gearbox housing are obtained. The experimental results show that the simulation result is very close to the experimental results and the maximum error is less than 10%.
