摘要
针对某型乘用车铝壳主减速器台架齿轮疲劳试验中出现的过早失效问题,进行试验测试分析、试验过程动力学仿真及有限元数值模拟分析,分析结果表明,过早失效主要是台架夹具要求无法与样品铝壳匹配所致。对台架夹具进行了相应的改进并进行成功验证,在此基础上,提出了针对乘用车铝壳主减速器台架试验夹具的相应技术要求。
In order to analyze premature failure of the car aluminum housing main reducer during the bench fatigue test,the test for measurement,the finite element numerical simulation and the dynamics simulation of the test process are carried out. The research is made on the main effective factors indicates the main cause for premature failure is that the jig is not fit for the aluminum housing. Then the corresponding improved of jig is varied out and the correctly is verified through tests. The technical requirements of the bench fatigue test jig of the car aluminum housing main reducer are proposed based the research results.
