研究生教育质量指数预警模型的构建及其应用——对湖南省属重点高校的实证分析 被引量:6

摘要 从规模、速度和效率三个维度设计了研究生教育质量评价指标体系,在此基础上,利用指数方法和预警方法构建了研究生教育质量指数预警模型,应用该模型对2009~2013年湖南省属重点高校进行实证分析。结果表明:湖南省属重点高校的研究生教育质量水平具有阶梯性和相对稳定性的特征;其质量提升的过程同时也是各高校间竞争越发激烈的过程;均衡而有特色是高水平研究生教育质量的重要表现。根据结果提出加强质量监测预警,鼓励高校间的合作与竞争,构建各有特色的质量保证和监督协同机制等提高湖南省属重点高校研究生教育质量水平的建议。 The evaluation index system of graduate educational quality was designed from three dimensions of the scale, speed and efficiency. On this basis, the index early-warning model of graduate education quality was established by the use of the index method and early-warning method, which laid foundation for the empirical analysis of 8 provincial key universities in Hunan Province in 2009-2013. The empirical results indicate that the graduate education quality of these 8 surveyed universities has characteristics such as multi-level and relative stability;the process of quality improvement is also the process that competition among universities becomes increasingly fierce;equilibrium and characteristic are the important performances of high-level graduate education quality. According to the above results, this paper puts forward some suggestions such as strengthening quality monitoring and early warning, encouraging cooperation and competition among universities, constructing the distinctive quality assurance and supervision and coordination mechanism to improve the graduate education quality of Hunan provincial key universities.
