摘要
当前高校实施的"卓越工程师培养计划"中企业实训实习存在诸多问题。南京工程学院工业中心重新设计、调整专业人才培养方案与实训项目教学内容,构建"421项目教学训练体系",进行改革并组织实施,实践证明成绩显著。
A variety of problems are identified with enterprise practices and trainings concerning 'plans for training outstanding engineers' carried out at colleges and universities, nowadays. '421 Project Teaching and Training System' was devised by Industrial Center of Nanjing Institute of Technology, by redesigning specialty talent training plan and teaching contents of practice projects. The system was implemented and remarkable accomplishments have been achieved.
