香芹酚/海藻酸钠生物复合膜的制备及性能 被引量:6

摘要 为了提高海藻酸钠膜的包装性能,采用溶剂浇铸法制备了添加不同含量香芹酚的海藻酸钠生物复合膜,通过SEM、XRD和FTIR对复合膜的微观结构进行了表征,并对其物理、化学、抑菌和保鲜性能进行了考察。结果表明:添加香芹酚增加了香芹酚/海藻酸钠生物复合膜的粗糙度,膜中海藻酸盐和香芹酚的分子间发生静电和氢键作用。复合膜的热稳定性随香芹酚含量增加呈现先增强后降低的趋势,其中,香芹酚体积分数为0.8%时,香芹酚/海藻酸钠复合膜的综合性能最优,水溶性为90.48%,透明度为0.23mm–1,水蒸气透过速率为0.17g/(d·cm2),拉伸强度为72.24 MPa,断裂伸长率为83.41%,对丰孢木霉菌(Trichoderma sp.)的抑菌率为65.79%。香芹酚/海藻酸钠复合膜能有效保持采后双孢蘑菇的品质,延长其货架期。 In order to improve the packaging performance of sodium alginate(SA)films,carvacrol(CAR)/SA composite?lms were prepared using solvent casting method.Their chemical structures and morphologies were characterized by SEM,XRD and FTIR.The thermal stability,physical,chemical,antifungal and preservative properties of the composite?lms were investigated.The results showed that the introduction of CAR improved the roughness of the composite?lms.Hydrogen bonding and electrostatic interaction formed between the molecules of SA and CAR in the film.The thermal stability of the composite film first increased,and then decreased with the increase of CAR content.The resulting composite film containing 0.8%CAR(volume fraction)exhibited the best comprehensive performance with a water solubility of 90.48%,a transparency of 0.23 mm–1,a water vapor transmission rate of 0.17 g/(d·cm2),a tensile strength of 72.24 MPa,an elongation at break of 83.41%and an inhibition efficiency against Trichoderma sp.of 65.79%.The CAR/SA composite?lms could effectively maintain the quality of postharvest white mushrooms and extend their shelf life.
