摘要
以丙烯酸、丙烯酸丁酯、N-异丙基丙烯酰胺(NIPAM)为原料,采用反应型乳化剂烯丙基丙基磺基琥珀酸双酯钠盐(M-10S)、烯丙基辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚(AE-200)制备了N-异丙基丙烯酰胺改性丙烯酸树酯(NAB)乳液。探讨了丙烯酸加入量对NAB乳液的低临界溶解温度(LCST)的影响,并研究了不同LCST对防霉剂异噻唑啉酮温控释放速率及防霉效果的影响规律,确定了适于防霉外墙涂料所用NAB乳液的LCST应为15℃。将该NAB乳液与有机硅改性丙烯酸树脂(SBA)乳液复配后作为涂料成膜物,异噻唑啉酮作为防霉剂,并添加轻质碳酸钙、滑石粉等颜填料制备了具备温控防霉特性的水性外墙涂料,其涂层耐霉菌达到0~1级,其他各项性能均达到外墙涂料的应用要求。
Poly(N-isopropylacrylamide)modified acrylate emulsion(NAB)was synthesized by emulsion polymerization using acrylic acid(AA),butyl acrylate and N-isopropylacrylamide(NIPAM)as raw materials in the presence of reactive emulsifiers 4-propyl-1-(propenyl)-sulfosuccinate(M-10S)and allyl octylphenyl polyoxyethylene glycol ether(AE-200).The effect of the amount of AA on the lower critical solution temperature(LCST)of NAB was studied.Moreover,the effects of different LCST on the temperature controlled release rate and mildewproof effect of mildewproof agent isothiazolinone were discussed.The results indicated that NAB with LCST of 15℃was suitable to be applied in the mildew-proofing coating.Temperature-controlled mildew-proofing aqueous building exterior wall-coating was prepared by mixing the NAB emulsion and silicone modified acrylate(SBA)using isothiazolinone as antibacterialagent,and calcium carbonate,talcum powder as fillers.The mildew-proofing grade of this coating was 0~1,and all other properties meet the application requirements of exterior wall paint.
