随着经济的快速发展以及人们生活水平的提高,"天然"、"营养"、"健康"已经成为人们的一种殷切需求。本文对功能糖及我国植物蛋白饮料的发展趋势进行了介绍,并系统综述了功能糖作为一种健康的食品配料在植物蛋白饮料中的应用优势,并对未来进行了展望。
With the rapid economic development and improvement of people's living standard,'nature','nutrition'and'health'has become a strong demand.Functional sugar and development trends of plant protein drinks ware described,and application advantages of functional sugar as a healthy food ingredient in plant protein drinks were systematically reviewed and prospect of functional sugar is described.
