ICP-OES技术在石墨烯微量元素分析中的应用研究 被引量:7

Study on the application in the analysis of trace elements in graphene by ICP-OES technology

摘要 采用ICP-OES法对无锡和盐城两地的商品化石墨烯样品中镍、铁、铬、铜、钠、铝、镁、锌、锰、钙等微量金属元素的含量进行了检测,测试RSD基本都在5%以内。采用加标回收实验对测试结果进行验证,加标回收率在90.00%~106.43%之间,偏差均在10%以内。 Trace metal elements such as Ni,Fe,Cr,Cu,Na,Al,Mg,Zn,Mn,Ca in graphene were detected by ICP-OES method.The graphene samples were from Wuxi and Yancheng respectively.The RSD of the test are basicly less than 5%.At the same time,standard addition recovery experiments were used to verify the test results,recovery rate were between 90.00% and 106.43%,the deviation were all within 10%.
