微反应器制备N-苯胺基乙腈的合成工艺 被引量:1

Synthesis process of N-phenylglycinonitrile manufactured by micro-reactor

摘要 苯胺基乙腈是染料靛蓝的主要原料。应用微反应器,以苯胺和羟基乙腈为原料,控制反应的停留时间,在一定的停留时间和温度条件下,反应几十秒后合成目标化合物苯胺基乙腈,再导入反应瓶中析晶,收率99.0%,含量99.4%。该方法比常规工艺反应更快,操作更简便。 Using aniline and glycolonitrile as start materials,N-phenylglycinonitrile which is the main material of indigo dyes,was obtained under the condition of certain residence time and temperature through micro-reactor,then crystalized in bottle,yield 99.0%,purity 99.4%.This approach of micro-reactor was more convenient and faster than traditional process.
