青霉素酰化酶在手性化学合成中的应用

Application of penicillin acylase in synthesis of chiral chemicals

摘要 青霉素酰化酶是一种重要的工业用酶。它应用广泛,能催化合成β-内酰胺抗生素及其中间体、多肽、氨基酸等多种手性化学品。本文分为6-APA和7-ADCA的制备、β-内酰胺抗生素的合成、手性化合物的拆分、前手性化合物的不对称水解和多肽合成等5个方面进行阐述。 Penicillin acylase is an important industrial enzyme.It has a wide range of applications.It can be used for synthesizing various chiral chemicals such asβ-lactam antibiotics and their intermediates,polypeptides,amino acids and etc.This review is reported as follows:preparation of 6-APA and 7-ADCA,synthesis ofβ-lactam antibiotics,resolution of chiral compounds,asymmetric hydrolysis of prochiral compounds and synthesis of polypeptides.
