摘要
以氰乙酸甲酯和异丁醇为原料,采用钛酸四丁酯为催化剂,用酯交换法合成氰乙酸异丁酯。从反应温度、催化剂用量及原料配比等几个方面进行了研究。结果得到合成氰乙酸异丁酯的最优条件:n(氰乙酸甲酯):n(异丁醇)为1.00∶1.15,催化剂用量为0.2%,反应温度为120℃,在此条件下,氰乙酸异丁酯产率为97.20%。
Using methyl cyanoacetate and 2-isohutanol as raw materials,isobutyl cyanoacetate was synthesized through interesterification by tetrabutyl titanate as catalyst.Effect of reaction temperature,amount of catalyst and material ratio on the reaction wsa investigated in the artical.Experimental results indicated that the optimum condition is that molar ratio of methyl cyanoacetate and isobutanol is 1.00∶1.15,amount of catalyst is 0.2%,reaction temperature is 120℃.Under this condition,the yield reached 97.20%.
