摘要
以三乙烯二胺(14-二氮杂双环[2.2.2]辛烷)作为苯酚与碳酸二甲酯酯交换合成碳酸二苯酯和甲基苯基碳酸酯反应的催化剂。反应过程中发生副反应生成副产物1-甲基-4-(2-苯氧基乙基)哌嗪。通过1 HNMR、13 CNMR、FT-IR和MS对副产物结构进行了表征。此外,还对催化剂种类、用量以及反应过程中的投料比对于反应的影响进行了研究。
A organic alkali catalyst,14-diazabicyclo[2.2.2]octane(DABCO)was applied to the synthesis of diphenyl carbonate(DPC)and methyl phenyl carbonate(MPC)by transesterification of dimethyl carbonate(DMC)and phenol.Side reactions occurred in the process of the transesterification generating 1-methyl-4-(2-phenoxyethyl)piperazine,which structure was confined by 1 HNMR,13 CNMR,IR and MS analysis.In addition,the effects of catalyst type,amount and feed ratio on the reaction were investigated.
