摘要
吡啶甲醛及其衍生物广泛应用在医药、农药、新材料等领域。以5-溴-2-甲基吡啶为起始原料,通过N-氧化、氰基化、酸化、酯化、还原及氧化6步反应合成了3-溴-6-甲基-2-吡啶甲醛。所得产物经过了核磁共振(~1HNMR)及质谱(MS)验证。
Pyridine formaldehyde and its derivatives are widely used in medicine,pesticides,new materials and other fields.In this study,3-bromo-6-methyl-2-picolinaldehyde was synthesized from 5-bromo-2-methylpyridine by six steps of N-oxidation,cyanation,acidification,esterification,reduction and oxidation.The synthetic route was confirmed by the results of^1HNMR and MS.
