摘要
介绍了高浓度含酚水脱酚工艺的一种方案-溶剂萃取脱酚。通过含酚水废水与溶剂在萃取塔中逆向接触,利用物质溶解度的不同实现废水和酚类物质的分离,再通过酚塔将溶剂和粗酚进行分离,粗酚作为产品进行销售,溶剂可进行循环利用。本工艺具有设备投资少,溶剂回收能耗低,酚回收效率高等特点。
This paper mainly introduced a scheme of phenol removal with high concentration phenolic water-solvent extraction.Through the reverse contact between phenolic water wastewater and solvent in extraction tower,the separation of wastewater and phenolic substances can be realized by using different solubility of substances.Then the solvent and crude phenol were separated by phenolic tower.Crude phenol was sold as a product and the solvent can be recycled.The process was characterized by low investment in equipment,low energy consumption in solvent recovery and high efficiency in phenol recovery.
