摘要
采用Pd基催化剂,考察了反应温度、反应压力、醋酸液相体积空速、氢气与醋酸摩尔比对醋酸转化率及产物选择性的影响。在实验研究的基础上,针对醋酸直接加氢制乙醇工艺及经济性进行详细分析,该工艺生产的燃料乙醇不仅生产成本低,而且将为我国乙醇生产开辟新的技术途径。
Using Pd-based catalyst, the effects of reaction temperature, reaction pressure, acetic acid liquid hourly space velocity,hydrogen and acetic acid molar ratio on acetic acid conversion and product selectivity were studied. On the basis of experimental results, process and economy of direct hydrogenation of acetic acid to ethanol was analysed in detail. The production cost of fuel ethanol from the process was low. The process would open up new approach for our country's ethanol production.
