Acetoacetarylide Lake Pigment Derived from Diketene

本文简介了由双乙烯酮与相应的苯胺或取代苯胺缩合制得的几个N-乙酰基乙酰化产物:乙酰基乙酰苯胺、乙酰基乙酰邻甲基苯胺、乙酰基乙酰邻氯苯胺、乙酰基乙酰对甲氧基苯胺,分别与磺酸基芳胺化合物的重氮盐进行偶合反应,再经过色淀化处理,可得到一些黄色的色淀颜料,已实现商品化的主要品种是:C.I.颜料黄61、61︰1、133、62、62︰1、168、169等。本文列出了主要中间体、色淀颜料的CAS登记号、化学结构式、合成的工艺及反应流程的方框示意图。还简介了每个品种的主要用途和国内外主要的生产企业。

Several N-acetoacetylate prepared from diketene and aniline or substituted aniline respectively through condensation reaction was introduced, including acetoacetaniline, acetoacet-o-toluilide, acetoacet-o-chloranilide, acetoacet-p-anisidine. By coupling process N-acetoacetylate with the diazo salt of Sulfonic aromatic amine compounds and lake treatment, some yellow lake pigment could be prepared. The main varieties that has realized commercialization were C.I. pigment yellow 61, C.I. pigment yellow 61:1, C.I. pigment yellow 133,C.I. pigment yellow 62, C.I. pigment yellow 62:1, C.I. pigment yellow 168, C.I. pigment yellow 169 etc. The main intermediate of lake pigment, CAS registry numbers, Chemical structural formulas, Synthetic process, block diagrams of the synthesis reaction processes were listed. The applications of these varieties and the mail production enterprise at home and abroad were also listed.
