摘要
丙烷脱氢反应受热力学平衡限制,制备高活性、高稳定性的催化剂是丙烷脱氢工艺的关键。催化剂主要以Al_2O_3单体、复合物或分子筛为载体,以贵金属Pt为活性组分,通过添加助剂Sn等以获得较高的脱氢性能。近年来,一系列催化脱氢催化剂的研究和应用专利相继公开,成为丙烯生产的第三大方法。概述了丙烷脱氢的专利技术,从载体类型和助剂选择、催化剂的制备方法及应用等方面综述了催化剂的研究进展。
The dehydrogenation of propane is limited by thermodynamic equilibrium. The key to propane dehydrogenation is to prepare highly active and highly stable catalysts. The catalysts are mainly Al2O3 monomers,complexes or molecular sieves as carrier, noble metal Pt as active component, and by adding additives Sn to obtain high dehydrogenation performance. In recent years, a series of patents on research and application of catalytic dehydrogenation catalysts have been published one after another, and become the third major methods for propylene production. The patent technology of propane dehydrogenation is summarized. The research progress of catalysts is reviewed from the aspects of carrier type and additives selection, preparation methods and application of catalysts.
