焦炉气加氢脱硫催化剂的研究

Study on Hydrodesulfurization Catalyst for the Coke Oven Gas

摘要 以高浓度CO、CO_2焦炉气为原料,对催化剂CNDS-19分别进行了脱氧、脱烯烃、脱硫活性测试,并考察了催化剂抑制甲烷化副反应能力,确定了两段反应的实验条件,对催化剂CNDS-19进行了1000h寿命实验,结果表明:当一段反应温度260℃,空速2000h,二段反应温度360℃,空速1000h,压力2.5-2.8MPa时,催化剂加氢活性高,稳定性好,尾气噻吩含量始终维持在0.1ppm以下,总的碳基甲烷化率为1.94%。 With high concentration CO/CO2 in coke oven gas as raw material,carrying on the deoxidation,deolefin and desulfurization activity test respectively,inhibition ability of methanation reaction for the CNDS-19 catalyst,and the experimental conditions of two stages were determined.The 1000 h life test results showed that:when the one-stage reaction temperature was 260℃,2000 h-1 airspeed,and the two-stage reaction temperature was 360℃,space velocity 1000 h-1,and pressure was(2.5-2.8)MPa,hydrogenation catalyst was high activity and good stability,thiophene content was always maintained below 0.1 ppm in the tail gas,the total carbon methanation rate was 1.94%.
