摘要
在混凝土施工过程中,常常使用砂石分离装置以针对混凝土浪费及污染现象。但既有砂石分离装置中存在混凝土中砂石骨料和水泥回收不彻底,效率低,易污染环境等问题。本文介绍了一种高效环保的砂石分离系统,重点阐述该砂石分离系统的工作原理、关键部位的设计方法以及主要技术特点,以期对类似工程提供借鉴。
In the concrete construction process,sand and gravel separation devices are often used to deal with concrete waste and pollution. However,in the sand and gravel separation device,there are problems such as incomplete sand and gravel aggregate and concrete recovery in concrete,low efficiency,and easy pollution of the environment. This paper introduces an efficient and environmentally friendly sand and gravel separation system,focusing on the working principle of the sand and gravel separation system,the design method of key parts and the main technical features,in order to provide reference for similar projects.
