摘要
本文依托成都某混凝土生产工厂一期工程项目4-HZS240-1Q400型绿色环保型搅拌站,研发出一种预拌混凝土搅拌机预存料斗技术,该技术通过在加料斗下面添加一个预存料斗,对混凝土进行缓存,并对混凝土含水率状态及存料量与用料量进行实时监控,放料完成后进行除尘,减少环境污染。
This paper relies on Chengdu. Concrete production plant Phase I project 4-HZS240-1Q400 green environmental protection mixing plant,Developed a pre-storage hopper technology of premixed concrete mixer,which adds a pre-stored hopper under the hopper,cache concrete,real-time monitoring of concrete moisture content status and cutting amount and the storage amount,dedusting after discharge,reducing environmental pollution.
