This paper discusses the teaching task of the modern apprenticeship personnel training mode is shared by both professional teachers and enterprise engineers,forming a 'double tutors'talent training mechanism. Departments and enterprises cooperate with each other,develop together and win-win each other. Schools and enterprises participate in the implementation and evaluation of professional teaching organizations.
