Investigation on the Present Situation of the Elderly in the City and the Planning Plan of the Residential Building for the Aging and Rebuilding——Taking the Wushan Community of South China University of Technology as an Example

通过调查研究、访谈找到改善的关键点、矛盾冲突集中点,从室内外居住环境一体化、建筑法规及建筑全生命周期和经济等角度为住户考虑设计择优改善最多数居家养老住户的居住条件。

Through investigation and research,the interview finds the key point of improvement,the concentration of contradiction and conflict,the integration of indoor and outdoor living environment,Building regulations,building life cycle and economy are considered for the residents to choose the best to improve the living conditions of the majority of households living for the aged.
