现阶段建筑工程方面还有许多问题,影响房屋建筑整体质量的重要原因就是房屋建筑施工时的防渗漏施工技术。房屋渗水漏水会对人们居住环境的舒适度造成极大的影响。本文主要就建筑房屋工程中出现渗漏问题的原因进行分析,提成了避免出现渗漏状况的解决方法;期待以后的建筑工程上能减少这些状况的产生。

There are still many problems in the construction engineering at present. The main reason that affects the whole quality of the building is the construction technology of anti-leakage in the construction of the building. The seepage and leakage of houses will have a great impact on the comfort of people’s living environment. In this paper,the causes of leakage in building engineering are analyzed,and the solution to avoid leakage is obtained,which is expected to reduce the occurrence of these conditions in future construction projects.
