引气剂和纳米SiO_2的协同作用解决钢渣利用中的安定性问题

摘要 本文采用引气剂和纳米SiO_2的协同作用解决钢渣的安定性问题,研究结果表明:使用引气剂可以有效地缓解f-CaO导致的钢渣安定性不良现象,结合使用纳米SiO_2(白炭黑),可以使引气剂在较低用量的情况下即可缓解钢渣安定性不良现象。引气剂和白炭黑协同作用时,混凝土的含气量提高,工作性能改善,由于混凝土中的气泡孔径分布优化。 In this article,the instability of steel slag in concrete is solved by the synergy of air-entraining agent and SiO2 nanopowder.The results of the research show that the air-entraining agent can effectively alleviate the instability of steel slag caused by f-CaO;Mixed with SiO2 nanopowder(white carbon black),the air-entraining agent with low dosage can control the instability of steel slag.With the synergy effect of air-entraining agent and white carbon black,air content of concrete increases,and the workability of concrete improves.Due to the pore size distribution optimization of the bubbles in concrete,the mechanical properties of hardened concrete are guaranteed.
