民用建筑空调管道的振动原因以及治理措施分析

摘要 空调管道在整个民用建筑系统之中起着运输流体、维持建筑内工作生活环境正常运行的作用。由于外部载荷、机器振动、内部流体等因素对管道系统进行了激振作用使管道系统产生振动,对管道的安全运行以及建筑内的工作生活环境产生严重影响。本文通过分析了空调管道振动的原因,包括机器振动、压力脉动振动、液击振动以及外部载荷引起的管道振动,提出了相应的管道振动消减的措施和方法,为空调管道系统的设计、安装以及管道振动的控制提供了参考。 Air conditioning pipeline plays an important role in transporting fluid and maintaining the normal operation of the working and living environment in the whole civil building system.The vibration of the pipeline system is caused by the external load,machine vibration,internal fluid and other factors,which has a serious impact on the safe operation of the pipeline and the working and living environment in the building.Based on the analysis of the causes of the vibration of air conditioning pipeline,including machine vibration,pressure pulsation vibration and liquid shock vibration,the corresponding measures and methods for reducing pipeline vibration are put forward in this paper.It provides a reference for the design and installation of air conditioning pipeline system and the control of pipeline vibration.
