文章首先概括了维修及改造老旧房屋的目的,然后分析了维修及改造工作的难点,并提出了维修及改造老旧房屋的策略。供有关人员参考。
The purpose of repairing and transforming old buildings is summarized in this paper,then the difficulties of maintenance and reconstruction are analyzed,and the strategies of repairing and transforming old buildings are put forward.For the reference of the personnel concerned.
