河南省新型城镇基础设施建设投融资研究

The Investment and Financing Research about the New Type of Urban Infrastructure Construction of Henan Province

文章以河南省为例,在借鉴国内外先进经验的基础上,从基础设施建设投融资的视角来探讨城镇化建设资金运作模式及融资途径的发展、融资平台的构建、投融资运行机制的完善等相关问题,以解决城镇化进程中基础设施建设的资金需求,为河南城镇化进程的推进、"中原梦"的早日实现夯实资金后盾。

Take Henan province as an example,on the basis of the advanced experience at home and abroad for reference,from the angle of the construction of infrastructure investment and financing,this article discusses the re-lated problems such as the capital operation pattern of the urbanization construction,the development of the finan-cing way,the construction of financing platform,the improvement of financing mechanism and so on. So that we can solve the funding requirements of infrastructure construction in urbanization,promote the urbanization process,then realize its great“ZhongYuan Dream”earlier.
