中华蚱蜢替代肉鸡饲料鱼粉的研究

Influence of Acrida cinerea Replacing Peru Fish Meal on Growth Performance of Broiler Chickens

分析了中华蚱蜢 (AcridacinereaThunberg)的营养成分 ,观察了其干粉取代饲料鱼粉对肉鸡生产性能的影响 ,并进行了相关分析。结果表明 ,中华蚱蜢干粉取代鱼粉在 2 0 %和 40 %组 ,肉鸡日增重、耗料量、料肉比等生产性能均可取得与鱼粉配制饲料同样的效果 ,但中华蚱蜢干粉取代 60 %以上的各组肉鸡生产性能下降。显示了其可以部分取代饲料中鱼粉的功能。
