摘要 研究了不同热输入对30Cr Mn Si Ni2A超高强度钢电子束焊接接头组织与性能的影响。研究结果表明:不同热输入可以得到不同的焊缝截面形貌,焊态下焊缝区域组织以粗大的板条马氏体为主,并有少量的残余奥氏体,热输入对焊态下的组织形貌没有明显的差异影响。经过900℃油淬和低温回火后,利用扫描电镜观察发现焊缝和热影响区的显微组织主要为回火马氏体和残余奥氏体,且随着热输入的增加导致晶粒尺寸稍微增大,焊缝和热影响区相比,组织细且均匀。同时进行了抗拉强度、冲击韧性和显微硬度检测,数据说明随着焊缝热输入的增加接头的强度、冲击韧性会随之降低且数值趋于稳定,显微硬度值有下降的趋势但不明显。 The effect of heat input on the microstructure and properties of 30 Cr Mn Si Ni2 A ultra high strength steel was studied. The results show that different heat input can have different morphology of the cross section of the weld,weld zone welded microstructure based coarse lath martensite,and a small amount of residual austenite microstructure,heat input welding state did not affect significantly. 900 ℃ after oil quenching and low temperature tempering,using scanning electron microscopy found that the influence of microstructure in the weld and the heat is mainly tempered martensite and residual austenite,and with the increase of heat input leads to the grain size increases slightly,the weld and heat affected zone,fine and uniform organization. At the same time,the tensile strength,impact toughness and hardness testing,the data shows that with the increase of heat input weld strength,impact toughness of joint will be reduced and the value tends to be stable,hardness decreased but not obvious.
