摘要
根据mason等效电路及传输线理论,推导出反射式驻波声光调制器的输入阻抗和电带宽,并由此启发我们对加工工艺提出合理要求。
Based on the theories of Mason equivalent circuit and transmi-ssion-line, we deduce the input-imp(?)(?)an(?)e and electric-width of the refl-ective-type standing-wave acousto-optic modulator, and propose somereasonable suggestions for technology of the reflective-type standing-waveacousto-optic modulator.
