一个拟南芥矮化突变体表型与遗传分析

摘要 突变体ah45是由EMS诱变ag-10拟南芥后筛选获得的,其一般经过矮化,并且颜色比较深。突变体开花时间比较晚,叶片小,种子少,生长周期比较长。笔者应用图位克隆的方法对突变为点进行定位,并对其表型和遗传进行分析。
