摘要
从安徽省马尾松种源加密实生种子园选择出生长较好的H、I、J、K、S、M、N等7个种源63个家系的子代,进行了抗松材线虫病性测定及生长性状研究。结果表明:在第1次人工接种松材线虫后,湖南省安化县(N)种源子代的生存率最高(80.7%),而贵州省铜仁县(S)种源子代的生存率最低(27.7%),7个种源子代的平均存活率为38.3%;在第2次人工接种后,还是N种源子代的生存率最高(41.8%),而湖南省永顺县(M)种源子代的生存率最低(2.4%),7个种源子代的平均存活率为6.4%;对抗病性测定的偏差值进行分级,发现湖南安化种源(N)在安徽省的抗病性最强;7个参试种源无论是苗期生长表现还是13年后各生长指标都远远优于当地对照潜山种源。
The offspring of 63 lines from 7 Pinus massoniana provenances(H, I, J, K, S, M and N) which grew well in Anhui province were selected out, and their growth traits and resistance to pine wilt disease(Bursaphelenchus xylophilus) were studied. The results indicated that: after the first artificial inoculation with B. xylophilus, the offspring of P. massoniana provenance N from Anhua county, Hunan province had the highest survival rate(80.7%), while the offspring of P. massoniana provenance S from Tongren county, Guizhou province had the lowest survival rate(27.7%), and the average survival rate of offspring of 7 provenances was 38.3%;after the second artificial inoculation with B. xylophilus, the offspring of P. massoniana provenance N still had the highest survival rate(41.8%), while the offspring of P. massoniana provenance M from Yongshun county, Hunan province had the lowest survival rate(2.4%), and the average survival rate of offspring of 7 provenances was 6.4%. The deviation values of nematode-resistance determination were graded, and it was found that: P. massoniana provenance N had the strongest nematode-resistance in Anhui province;the tested 7 P. massoniana provenances had much better growth indexes both at seedling stage and at 13-year-old stage than the local control provenance Qianshan.
