选择性激光熔化成形Ti_6Al_4V钛合金的滚动接触疲劳性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 选择性激光熔化技术(SLM)可直接成形出传统方式加工工序复杂周期长甚至无法加工出的复杂零件,是增材制造(3D打印)领域最具有应用前景的技术之一。目前针对该技术的研究主要集中在拉伸、压缩等静力学方面,而许多应用场合下,动力学性能也有要求。以钛合金(Ti-6Al-4V)粉末为试验材料,对不同后处理下的SLM件进行了滚动接触疲劳性能研究。结果表明,粗糙度和硬度是影响SLM件滚动接触疲劳性能的主要因素,抛光处理和热处理能提高滚动接触疲劳寿命;粗糙度较大时SLM钛合金测试件主要是磨损失效,粗糙度较小时主要是材料脱落失效。 Selective Laser Melting( SLM) can directly fabricate parts that are difficult or time-consuming for processing or even can not be processed in traditional way. And SLM is one of most promising addictive manufacturing techniques. The current study is mainly concentrated on statics performance,such as tensile and compression properties. However,in many cases,the dynamic performance is required. This research Based on Ti-6 Al-4 V powders as the experimental material,SLM under different post-processing pieces for the rolling contact fatigue performance study. It was found that the roughness and hardness is main factors of rolling contact fatigue performance. Polishing and heat treatment can improve the rolling contact fatigue life. Big roughness causes wear failure of the SLM-fabricated titanium alloy parts,and small roughness mainly leads to spalling failure.
