摘要
为研究随机振动条件下某型机载模块的疲劳特性,推导了功率谱密度下结构振动疲劳寿命的一般表达式,并利用高斯三区间法对其进行了简化,同时考虑了振动试验中随机信号削波处理对应力幅值概率分布的影响。随后通过有限元仿真,分析了结构振动疲劳破坏与模态振型的关系,获得了给定振动条件下疲劳危险位置的动态响应,最终给出了模块的振动疲劳寿命。计算得到的机载模块疲劳寿命和失效位置与耐久试验结果符合较好。
In order to investigate the fatigue characteristics of an airborne module under random vibration loading,the general expression of structural vibration fatigue life is derived,based on the power spectral density function,which is simplified by Gaussian three interval method,the effect of random signal clipping in vibration test on stress amplitude probability distribution is also considered. Then,we analyze the relationship between the structural vibration fatigue damage and vibration modal which can be used to obtain the dynamic response of the crucial fatigue point under the given vibration loading. Finally,the vibration fatigue life of the module is given. It is shown that the numerical results coincide well with the experimental data.
