铁钻工冲扣钳牙板齿参数分析与优化 被引量:5

ANALYSIS AND PARAMETERS OPTIMIZATION OF TOOTH PLATE OF IRON ROUGHNECK CLAMPING PLIERS

摘要 针对铁钻工冲扣钳牙板齿在拧卸扣过程中出现的崩齿和磨损现象,基于Ansys Workbench有限元软件,对牙板齿接触钻杆时的极限静态工作状态进行弹塑性分析,根据应力线性化原理分析了牙板齿与钻杆接触部位的应力,并进行了分类识别与评定。再以牙板齿关键参数作为研究对象,结合加工能力进行两次正交试验确定不同的优化方案。利用压力胶片测得了牙板齿与钻杆的接触应力,通过拟合数据得到施加压力与牙板齿所受最大应力线性曲线,验证了优化方案和有限元分析结果的合理性。评定方法和结果为冲扣钳拧卸扣装置的牙板齿参数的确定提供了依据,试验方法对同种类型设备的应力测试分析提供了新途径,对保证冲扣钳安全可靠有效工作具有重要的工程意义。 Based on the ANSYS Workbench finite element software,the ultimate static working state of the dental plate of clamping pliers when drilling the drill string is analyzed elastoadically.The stress of the contact between the dental tooth and the drill pipe was analyzed by linearization principle,and the classification was identified and evaluated.And then the key parameters of tooth plate as the object of study,through the orthogonal experiment results of the poor analysis,combined with the actual processing capacity to determine the final optimization program.Finally,the contact stress between the dental plate and the drill pipe was measured by the pressure film,and the rationality of the optimization scheme was verified,and the pressure applied is linearly related to the maximum stress of the tooth plate.The test method provides a new way for the same type of equipment.It is of great engineering significance to ensure the safe,reliable and effective operation.
